Pigeons, Coconuts & Data: How Revaluate Gives You The Goods On NYC Celebrities

pigeons Empire State Building NYCAhhhhh, celebrities.

We love them. Love to hate them? Something.

Anyhoo. No matter the emotional free-for-all that they cause within each of us, one thing’s certain: we can’t seem to get enough.

And there are a TON of them in NYC. Like, LOTS.

Whether it’s Beyonce secretly searching for a new apartment in NYC (“Oooh! Are they getting divorced? I bet it had something to do with that Solange chick”) or the number of homes Kim-Ye might buy, and where, we Americans are all over that.

That’s one of the reasons that Revaluate is so darned neat.

In addition to being the coolest new kid on the New York real estate block–Revaluate can tell you a ton about what it’s like to live somewhere before you ever pack a single box or tear off a piece of packing tape–it’s also chock full of information about … GUESS WHAT?

Celebrities.

For every address in New York for which you search, you’ll get a livability report that tells you about a home’s quality of life, but the report will also tell you what celebrities live nearby.

That’s pretty rad, is it not?

You’ll get all the info on which celebs live near your prospective building–or famous folks who once lived nearby–and how far away (Revaluate also throws in bits of trivia and photos, so you get the whole “shebang,” as it were).

Revaluate will also tell you what buildings of note are around, what movies were filmed nearby, or if there are spots of particular interest that you might want to check out.

How do we do it?

It’s all very scientific, we assure you.

You see … there are these pigeons (we’re not sure if they’re European or African pigeons, or whether they’re ladened or not, but it’s possible that they carry coconuts and perform the occasional, umm, “data dump”) who fly about New York City and scan its buildings for signs of dazzle and celebrity glitter.

Each pigeon is equipped with a specially modified version of Google Glass (not really) and, with a quick twitch of its birdie head, is able to snap a picture of the star in question and send it (and all its related data) back to Revaluate HQ for inclusion in your report.

**It’s possible that this isn’t really how it works.

The important thing is that the tantalizing trivia is in each and every Revaluate Livability Report. So, you’ll know about who’s in the know before you know if you’re moving. You know?

Pop in to Revaluate.com to see who’s moving and shaking in your neighborhood. And if you’re ready to move, you can find out what it’s really like to live there while you’re at it.
