Revaluate: Boomtown Demo Day
Demo Day was Awesome.
We prepared two pitches and were blown away by the response.
The first pitch was for nearly 200 investors. The investor pitch featured some behind the scenes details followed by a 7 min Q and A. It was business like and professional. I dressed up – and wore a jacket over my Revaluate t-shirt.
It was pretty intense. The audience questions came rapid fire – and all over the map. It’s pretty fun to respond and interact with an audience from stage.
The investor presentation was followed by two hours of conversations with investors at our little expo style booth. Lots of great introductions to people we otherwise would not have met.
The Second pitch was the show. The theater was packed, alive, noisy and standing room only. Drinks were flowing and the crowd was fired up. Boomtown does a really nice job making the event a product – it’s pretty polished, consistent and has high quality production value.
You can see the public pitch in the Youtube video below.
The after party was jammed with Boomtown Alumni, advisors, mentors, investors, friends and family. Really a fun and supportive gathering after being in the spotlight all day.
We also got some great press – with Revaluate being highlighted in more than one publication.

In all, the event was a huge success and we can’t wait to share whats next.
We look forward to helping more people make the right move.
