Revaluate in the News

The High LineRevaluate, the NYC home history report tool, continues to make waves in Real Estate this week, as the startup grows.

WFG National Title Insurance Co

Ryan Tate of WFG National Title Insurance Company wrote:

With traditional online search “It’s easy to see how big yard is, what kind of appliances the kitchen has, or what the taxes might be. But there’s been no way to gauge potential “user experience.” Revaluate is trying to change that. They’ve created a dynamic rating system for real estate listings that scores homes based on four primary criteria: expenses, quality of life, environment and safety, with an overall livability score culled from all four.”

Ryan hit the nail on the head. Home user experience is a great way to define what Revaluate does.   We believe consumers want refined user experience insight, rather than hard to read data.

It’s probably also worth noting that forward thinking title insurance companies may also appreciate some of the in depth data we provide….Just Sayin’.

Agent Driven Tech

Tara Christianson of Agent Driven Tech had very kind words to say about Revaluate, but also points out a word of caution to the real estate world:

“Take a look. See what you think about Revaluate. I think it opens a number of possibilities in an information-hungry age, although real estate agents have to beware that their clients don’t become more informed than they are.”

Fully informed and educated movers seems to be the norm according to agents we work with. Some agents are defiantly eager to provide additional information and insight on buildings and addresses. It’s pretty even so far. It seems professionals and movers really do want to know how close they live to famous NYC celebs…. oh, and other important info/data. 😉
