For each address we find all the records that are from inside the building – but also those records that directly affect the livability of that location.  Is there a frequent sewer back up across the street causing pollution and construction?  Was there was a felony around the corner? How long ago? Do trucks often make noise and idle while unloading here?  It’s tons of recent, relevant information. The average address has 598 records – most of which have never seen the light of day.
