Now, this is a “Pro Tip,” so you need to be a professional to use this insight … right? I asked my Magic 8 Ball and it said “answer unclear, ask again later.” But I digress. Trulia did not define what type of professional you needed to be (I’m no journalist, so I definitely didn’t call and ask them).
