As soon as we have your data, we begin data detox. Revaluate automatically starts pulling data, building profiles and laying the groundwork to score your prospects.
But prior to scoring your prospects, the key is getting the contacts into Revaluate quickly and painlessly.
Revaluate requires that all contacts have an email addresses – and thats the only field we require. How simple is that?

Most of our clients leverage Revaluate scores with a sync. Contact syncs allow for automation of marketing tasks, a single dashboard location and greater efficiency and remain up to date automatically.
a) Login to Revaluate
b) Select “Import Contacts”
c) Click the appropriate button to set up your integrated partner sync, and follow prompts.
e) After initial setup, you will see normalized data in 48 hours

c) Drag and drop your file in the white box with the cloud (or click the browse
d) Maverick and Goose will confirm the list was accepted – (Data will be completed in under 2hrs)
e) Extra Credit: Click the Dashboard to see if your data is starting to populate – then wait 2 hours for completion
Manual Upload Tips:
-Format: CSV, XLS, and XLSX files only.
-Data/Columns (Correct column names will ensure proper import) First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Tags, External ID.
-Tags: Label a column Tags, and include as many as you’d like separated by commas.
-You may upload as many individual lists as you’d like
