Ask The Expert: Barry Jenkins – Buyer Urgency is Down, What Now?

For those of you that have had the opportunity to see Barry on stage, he is a fantastic speaker, CMO, author, technologist, realtor and real estate leader. His message is not some broken record – the contrary – he adapts to the situation and the audience seamlessly. This is also reflected in his approach to building and growing his business. In turbulent times, Barry has found success with altering his message, strategy and system to adapt to the consumers. It is working.
I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Barry for several years and observe how he obsesses over conversion of data in his funnel – and it has been beneficial for him (and for Revaluate) previously. I wanted his take on the current market landscape. So I sat down with him and recorded one of our Ask the Expert segments so we could share his strategy for success in 2024.

(I’m also biased as he name dropped Revaluate in his workflow process) Any-who – it would make a great end of year / holiday gift for an aspiring real estate business owner. I think it’s won several awards like the Nobel peace prize, an award for best BBQ Brisket recipe and will soon be part of the Oprah book club. 😉
