After a few conversations with him its fair to say he’s definitely one of the most creative real estate lead gen marketers. I recently had the opportunity to hang out with Brian in Nashville. We were both in town for the RATE mastermind. (RATE = Radio And Television Experts) The room was packed with experts, including Tom Ferry and yet Brian wowed them from stage.
However, at dinner we got to talking about his unique approach to data and real estate lead gen – and I decided to invite him to join me for a recording of “Ask The Expert”.

He and his team knocked on over 1k houses, during fire prevention week. Fire Prevention Week is observed each year during the week of October 9th in commemoration of the Great Chicago Fire, which began on October 8, 1871. This year, his team generated leads by replacing smoke alarm 9 volt batteries in his prospects homes.
