Data Efficiency and Automation: Maximize Your Real Estate System

Often we hear the phrase “we all have the same 24 hours” when comparing our daily grind to others. There’s just not enough time in the dat to get everything done – in life or work. What if you could maximize the time in your day by upgrading the structure of your business? You wouldn’t have to race against the clock! The simple solution: leverage automation for your real estate system with data.

Jeff Moore, CEO of Osirs, and Brian Curtis, Partner and Real Estate Coach, joined us on our weekly AMA to walk us through why using automation and AI is the key to growing business in 2022. Jeff and Brian are experts on how to build systems for your business that will ultimately save you time and money, making the most of those 24 hours.

Jeff founded Osirs and brought Brian on board because they found a gap in most businesses’ foundations. In today’s world, technology is a must to scale but a lot of real estate technology wasn’t built to be connected. Plus, the average real estate professional doesn’t have the time or patience to be logging into multiple tools, know all the capabilities of the tools, or how to effectively use each one. There comes a point where there is too much data, too many tools, and not enough time to keep up. Whether you’re an individual agent, small team, or part of a larger organization, they can set up your systems to make them work specifically for you.

Marketing strategies should always try to find or move clients further down your lead funnel. But where do you start and how long does that take? Instead of putting every business into a box, Jeff asks “what are your organizational goals? Do you want to eventually start a team? Or do you want to be an individual agent?”. The end goal is a guide on what tools you should invest in and how you want to run your day-to-day operations.

First and foremost, you need to invest in a CRM. We all know sticky notes and spreadsheets can be useful, but once your database grows, the tools you use should make your life easier, not harder. (Imagine losing a sticky note with full contact information!) Chime, Follow Up Boss, and Sierra Interactive are great solutions for all business types. All three integrate into many other tools that can make your systems more efficient including Revaluate.

Once you have your foundation laid, it’s time to start connecting all the support beams and framing. For example, individual agents and smaller teams need the support of email drips and minor automation that can be streamlined easily. Larger teams and brokerages need additional support that can house more data, communicate with leads via AI, and automate top-of-funnel activity.

The point of automation and effectively using data is to save you time. That’s why Revaluate works for any size team and plays well with other integrations. According to the Altos Research White Paper, Revaluate’s “Likely to Move” prediction success rate is 19.5%. In other words, one out of five leads generated by Revaluate moves within six months. Imagine how much time it would take you to call everyone in your database and find out where they are in their home buying or selling process just to do it again next month. Then you have to find out what to do with that information. Utilize your Revaluate score as a trigger for the other tools and forms of communication you want to have with potential clients to push them further down your lead funnel.

Once your database is dialed in and you know your ‘Very Likely Movers’, what’s next? It’s all about the content and communication happening at the right time. Brian has built a successful drip campaign specifically for Revaluate users that include a monthly postcard, communication through Agent Legend or CallAction, Homebot, and other follow-up processes that have targeted language to those ‘Likely Movers’. The goal is to reach potential clients with the right messaging before they submit their information to a portal.
