Digital Mortgage Video: Leveraging AI for Lead Gen In Changing Real Estate Markets

The Mortgage industry continues to evolve and adapt, leveraging AI for lead gen, segmenting data and to create efficiencies in marketing and sales. Revaluate was invited to take the main stage at DigMo (the Digital Mortgage Conference produced by National Mortgage News) to talk about the changes to the real estate and mortgage industry around people moving and how AI could help with the changes.

The primary question the panel focused on how many and who is still moving when affordability is poor and rates are this high. I was joined by Jason Fraizer , director of growth at RebelIQ and Jay Voorhees, the founder of JVM Lending. The experience, knowledge and perspective shared from stage was powerful.
Revaluate leverages AI to identify Likely movers who move because they have life events. We call them the Data D’s that cause people to move. The panel was really solid, and the dialogue is packed with predictions and insight.
