Keynote Speaker Coach Tom Ferry shares some of the life events that Revaluate tracks, that cause people to move.

The best conference I attended this year was held in Las Vegas. But then again, I / Revaluate participated in 8 events in Las Vegas this year. 8 is enough BTW. I now have platinum status at MGM. (oh, joy) FollowUpBoss FUBCON event was the best, it also was their first in person full on conference, and while there is room for improvement, that’s pretty darn amazing. So… big shoutout to Dan, Ricardo, Stacey and the crew at FollowupBoss for making team Revaluate feel welcome and part of the community. Well Done.

The take aways from the event were incredible – and while not everyone was exactly in stride, the vast majority of insight followed along the same thought process and with the similar goals in mind. Automation, Life Events, Leads and Databases

In short here’s the 10 steps to grow market share described at FUB:
-Market leaders are created and grow market share in economic down turns
-Own your database
-People will move no matter what (due to life events)
-Remove waste (Revaluate will detox your DB)
-Track consistently inside FUB with tags
-Obsess over Customer Lifetime Value
-Automate and personalize for houseaversary/birthday/anniversary (AM Cards / Call Action)
-Automate for gifts / popbuy schedules: via integrated Revaluate Score

-Grow your geography Farm but include emails when possible (Revaluate’s Reside product does this)

The famous Real Estate Industry coach Tom Ferry, was on stage – and took a slide from the Revaluate Pitch Deck, presenting some of the D’s that cause people to move. These Life Events, he said will cause people to move no matter what the interest rates do.

In fact, Tom was not alone. Revaluate was “plugged” by five different keynote speakers. FIVE! We didn’t plan this, nor pay them to do so – so I was blown away. It’s really flattering to have someone tell you your baby is beautiful – especially on stage.

How awesome it is to have great clients that want to share their success with Revaluate with others. The integration with FollowUpBoss is key to automate processes and marketing – saving our clients time, money and increasing sales revenue.
