How To Generate Leads In A Drought

Generating real estate leads can be hard in typical times, but this year, and this season have been brutal on traditional methods.
Just listed just sold? Nope. not when there are under 50% fewer properties on the market than last year. Open Houses? No way. Zillow leads… we’ve talked about that recently. And good old door knocking might not be the proper thing to do. What the industry needs is an alternative that is tested and proven.
That’s why Revaluate’s Ian Coggins recently sat down with one of our clients to learn how he’s been uber successful generating seller listings in these conditions.

Here’s Scott’s Tips and Tricks for landing guaranteed transactions
-You gotta have a strategy, you have to implement activities to procure listings
-If they are in your Sphere / you know them: Call and check in. Just have a normal conversation about them and their family. PRO TIP: Don’t say anything about your AI / artificial intelligence. You be you.
-If they are in your Farm (or your Reside database) here’s the script:
“I just sold the house at 123 maple st, and it went fast with multiple offers. We have 3 other buyers that are looking for a great home in the same neighborhood. I don’t know if you can help me, but Im trying to see if you or if you know someone who might be willing to transact and have a buyer purchase their home in the next 6 months.
