Lab Coat Agents Odd Review on Revaluate
Lab Coat Agents loves looking at and discussing technology, leads, artificial intelligence, big data, predictive analytics, prospecting tools, and SAAS tools for mortgage and real estate folks. They started as a Facebook group a few years back, and now it’s grown to over 112,000 – the largest and most active real estate and mortgage group on FB.

Due to it’s size – it’s gained serious credibility, landing its founders on stages at industry events across the country. What they say can move mountains, and with that power they sometimes take on marketing relationships to endorse products. (Revaluate does not have a relationship with LCA)
Yesterday, LCA wrote a post where they listed 5 top real estate/mortgage tools that you can leverage to help streamline the process of collecting data and making connections.
Lab Coat Agents suggested leveraging Revaluate to predict when someone will move.
That’s very kind of LCA to include Revaluate in such a short list, and we appreciate the organic endorsement!
However, in the post, they also referred to Revaluate as a CRM – and thats odd, because, to clarify, Revaluate is not a CRM.
We’ve been asked more than a million times to become a CRM (thats a very slight exaggeration) yet that is not our intent nor plan.
Most folks know that CRM stands for customer relationship management. This is a technology for managing all your company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. The key here is “all interactions”. CRM’s allow you to track and take notes on emails, phone calls, texts that you have with a client.
Revaluate integrates with such systems all day long. In fact, thats one of our key differentiators. We “play nice with others” and actually, the vast majority of our clients use an integration with a CRM or via our API.
