Lead Gen: Don’t Dial for Dollars
Dialing for dollars has been a foundation of real estate lead gen for decades. Not doing so is totally counter intuitive. I was shocked when I was told, but yet now I get it.

One of the images on Jeffs Website features a classic looking northwestern fishing boat, and I think thats a great analogy? no wait, metaphor? for lead generation. Professional fisher-people don’t spend their time fishing the whole ocean, that’s not efficient, and a waste of time. Be thoughtful about where you are fishing. You wont catch them all, but go to where the fish are so you can efficiently fill your nets with profit.
