Level up your Lead Conversion with Sierra Interactive and Revaluate 🚀

Now that the Sierra Interactive and Revaluate integration has been up and running for a few months, both of our teams got together to share updates, best practices, and early lead conversion wins. For the webinar, we were joined by Josh Wald, Strategic Alliances Manager, and David Short, Head of Product, from the Sierra team to get an in-depth understanding of how Revaluate seamlessly integrates and can help grow user’s businesses now.

If you haven’t seen Revaluate data in action, then you DO NOT want to miss the beginning of this webinar. Ryan, Director of Biz Dev at Revaluate, goes over his personal database and their scores. It’s a great example to see how the scores move based on his personal knowledge of what his friends are going through in real time.

Sierra Interactive views itself as the Everyday Hub for real estate professionals and having Revaluate fully integrated means one more tool for agents to utilize in one place. To set itself apart from the competition, this year they have made game changing updates to their automations. For example, the Revaluate score changes can trigger a contact to be added to an action plan and “talk” to the different tools enabled through the platform. Another feature that sets them apart is their multi-channel action plans. Sierra’s action plans can include multiple text automations- a feature that is harder to come by with today’s privacy laws.

One of the most common questions Revaluate receives is if we provide any type of content… the short answer is no (we like to stick to the data). But with strong partnerships with companies like Sierra, they provide pre-written action plans for their users. Another bonus with Sierra is their official Sierra Platform Partners. These partners build action plans, tags, strategies, etc. and can be imported into Sierra’s platform, continuously growing the content available to use. This gives users the option to pick which strategies work best to convert more leads.

With the integration, you will have your own dashboard within the Sierra that mirrors the same information you would find if you logged into your Revaluate portal. A cool feature is that you have the option to either upload all your leads into Revaluate or you can create smart lists to create a subset to integrate. Within this dashboard you can easily opt-in all your leads (we recommend!), see the activity of leads being added by you and your team, and a trend graph that show each level of mover groups. Not only does the trend graph show the groups, you can also pull up a trend graph for each individual contact to see spikes and dips in move score.

Best Practice for Reaching out to Revaluate Contacts

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to how you reach out to Revaluate Very Likely Movers. The key is to be authentic! Since they did not “raise their hand”, this is not considered a lead. These are contacts that have risen to the surface due to data indicating something is happening in their day to day lives. Think of the outreach as a check-in, not a sales call.

3 Things We Love About the Sierra Interactive x Revaluate Integration

  1. The transparency and communication. There’s so much information that can be easily accessed within the Sierra Interactive platform from individual team edits to integration billing.
  2. The smart plans and Sierra’s Platform Partners that are available to help grow your business in more than just one way. There are many options to structure your lead flow once you’ve found the tools and help that work!
  3. The Revaluate dashboard! We love that it mirrors our platform so there is no missing information. Sierra users will have access to data that’s being updated daily within their CRM.
