Jeff sat down with me for Ask The Expert, to discuss the challenges the real estate industry faces in lead gen and Real Estate Lead Growth leading to bottom line revenue in the shadow of all the copy cat commission and real estate court cases. The rules have changed, the line has been moved. People will depart NAR and the industry in droves in the coming months due to the changes and uncertainty. And yet, in this time, there is an opportunity for growth for those that want more, who embrace change and are not timid.
We both agree that efficiency and automations of systems – and systems that work well together are key to successful lead gen, marketing and follow up. He’s also a fan of improving and building upon a solid foundation (your database) because there are plenty of transactions happening under your own nose, and in your back yard. The winners in this industry will change from a “buy more leads to get more revenue” mentality, to operate more efficiently and market your value more effortlessly in order to grow forward.
