Retro-Speculative: Our Marketing Shift
They say that everything old is new again and at Revaluate HQ we’ve taken that to heart in both our product, our own lead gen / marketing, and to some extent, how we advise our clients to leverage our product. Here’s what’s up.
Last week, I wrote about how back in the day, real estate agents would do lead gen by utilizing the Sunday Paper, and made this goofy short video.
As you may already know, Revaluate leverages that life event data to find those people who are most likely to move. We call these life events the Data D’s, and they include Death, Divorce, Diapers, Diamonds, Discretionary Income, Dumpsters and the Daily Grind.
So this old school method combined with todays artificial intelligence, provides some seriously powerful lead generation for our clients in mortgage, real estate, software and advertising. It worked well then, and even better now. (Actually, Revaluate accuracy was validated by a third party, and remains the best in the industry. From the logo, wallpaper, flyers, swag and marketing colateral to our sweet new booth with it’s mid century modern vibes.
It’s also a nod to getting back to being a human, before the days of portals and leads. We are big believers in automation, databases, integration via api and artificial intelligence – but as a means of opening up conversations with people. Being human really helps and you dear reader, are probably human, so you already got that going for ya.
