Predict’Em National Champ Crowned

The 2021 tournament had almost ALL THE THINGS that we missed out on last year. Perhaps the least predictable story of the NCAA mens basketball tournament came to an end with an improbable deep three point banked buzzer beater by Gonzaga, ending an improbable run by UCLA from first four to elite eight status.

However, it was the Baylor Bears of the BigXII who beat the favored Gonzaga Bulldogs who ended up celebrating in the end – ending what had been a perfect season, and 35 straight wins for the Zags.

When the dust settled and after multiple lead changes we were able to crown a champion of our own.

The winner of the 2021 Revaluate Predict’Em contest Is Mike Riedmann – President Emeritus of NP Dodge Real Estate in Omaha Nebraska. Congratulations!

In hindsight, making this prediction should have been easy, yet Mike was the lone person in the Revaluate pool who selected the eventual winner, and won by a hefty margin of 20 points.

Thanks to all who participated this year, we had a lot of fun making predictions with you and plan to continue the Predict’Em game in 2022, and let Mike defend his crown.
