Revaluate Digs Smart People. It’s True.

Yankee Stadium New York CityWe are lucky. Damned lucky, actually.

Not only are we running the best danged real estate site around (we might be a little biased on that one, but we think it’s absolutely true!) but we get to work with some of the best and brightest minds in the industry.

It’s true.

There’s the awesome real estate network in New York City: the REALTORS, landlords, and yes, the apartment hunters like you, that fuel the fires of all we do here.

There are our families, friends, and industry folks who have supported us since Day One and kept the fires burning under our collective backsides.

And then, of course, there’s our rock steady Advisory Panel.

These guys–each one of the most respected voices in Real Estate today–have our backs. They believe in us. They believe in Revaluate. And that says a lot, because while they’re each delightfully awesome, none of them takes what they do lightly and they’re not a group to put their names on something they didn’t think was the real deal.

You’ve already met Gahlord Dewald (The Oracle) and Mike Simonsen (Renaissance man about town), but they’re not the whole story.

In addition to being one heck of a nice guy, Dan is an 11-year veteran of the mortgage industry & the founder of The Mortgage Reports, a consumer-focused mortgage website. Though The Mortgage Reports was originally meant to be an inbound marketing tool, it’s more than that. It’s become the “go-to” site for the most insightful, accurate information about finance in the real estate community. The Mortgage Reports has propelled Dan’s career and made him the top-selling loan officer in his organization six separate times.

The Mortgage Reports was acquired in 2014; Dan is now its Chief Publishing Officer. Dan also founded and sold Bring the Blog, a blog-for-you service for real estate and mortgage professionals.

Dan is a featured–and frequent!–contributor to FOX Business News, CNBC, CNN Money, MSN Money, Yahoo! Finance, Inman News, and DowJones Market Watch. He’s also a sought-after public speaker and has appeared at a host of real estate and finance-related conferences, like RETSO, NAR Annual Conference & EXPO, REBlogWorld, and more.

Revaluate shares with consumers what it’s really like to live in a given home. Revaluate examines the information void between a property’s MLS sheet and the knowledge of its seller, and then stuffs it with must-know, real-world data.”

When he’s not writing and researching mortgages, Dan plays hockey, baseball, and trains for races of endurance. He also has better-than-average hair and is a pretty snappy dresser, to boot.

Having the support and backing of someone like Dan Green, sartorial elegance aside, means more than we could ever say. It lets us know we’re doing something right, and that feels pretty darned good.

So, when you’re looking for a new apartment or place to live in New York City, look no further than Revaluate. We’ll give you the skinny on what it’s really like to live there, and you’ll know without ever touching a box or a piece of packing tape.
