Sweet Homes in Chicago

Chicago Real EstateToday, Revaluate becomes the largest publicly available real estate database in Chicago.

Revaluate has unlocked hundreds of government databases,  helping people to know what it’s really like to live at an address.

This is a game changer for people looking to move – to rent or buy homes in Chicago.  These reports are free for consumers and real estate professionals, and people love the data.  It’s unique insight that’s never before been seen in Real Estate.

It was a huge undertaking, and I’m very proud of our team.  In three months we successfully launched San Fransisco and Chicago.   Chicago alone represents more than 580,000 residential addresses.  Each Revaluate address report has an average of 598 records.  That’s 10X more data than currently available on public sites.

Every day we add more new data adding to the value. This data will help people live happier healthier lives in Chicago.  For example, with our livability search, you can now search for homes with high environment scores, and avoid things like asbestos, lead paint and mold.

Livability is a whole new data layer, a break-thru way to compare and search for real estate. We are excited to bring transparency to real estate in Chicago.
