Top Rated San Francisco Buildings By Neighborhood
While unlocking hidden government data the Revaluate real estate team found something truly special. Hundreds of never before seen databases with information on all 200k address in San Francisco. The team has rated, ranked and reviewed every residential address for livability.
We started digging up the dirt and uncovering the gems to help people make the right move, but our friends that own, rent or invest are gonna really be shocked. Especially the real estate nerds – the data they can view about each address is pretty ridiculous.
The Livability Score for every address is determined by 4 primary factors. We look at the Expenses, Environment, Quality of life and Safety for every condo, co-op, apartment and home. This includes everything from San Francisco’s painted ladies to her reported crack houses.
For each address we find all the records that are from inside the building – but also those records that directly affect the livability of that location. Is there a frequent sewer back up across the street causing pollution and construction? Was there was a felony around the corner? How long ago? Do trucks often make noise and idle while unloading here? It’s tons of recent, relevant information. The average address has 598 records – most of which have never seen the light of day.
There are 90 neighborhoods in San Francisco – The Revaluate team built a livability map to show the most livable address in each neighborhood. Here are the most livable addresses in San Francisco neighborhoods.
