Revaluate can integrate with your Follow Up Boss account to pull your contacts in and begin monitoring their scores.
There are 2 different approaches to integrating with Follow Up Boss: 1) Single account - all your contacts are associated with a single user in Follow Up Boss (this is most common for individual agents), 2) Parent/Child - You have multiple users who each have their own contacts in your Follow Up Boss account (this is common for teams and brokerages).
To configure a Single Account: Go to the import page and then click the "Import Follow Up Boss Contacts" button.
You'll need to obtain your API key from Follow Up Boss. Once you have that, enter it into the box that popped up from the previous step.
After 48 hours, the Revaluate scores should be available in your Follow Up Boss account. You need to add the Revaluate Score column to your list of people. See the following screenshot on how to do that:
To configure Parent/Child:
Go to the settings page and after entering your Follow Up Boss API Key (obtained above), click "Save Settings" and then click on the Integrations tab.
Once you have enabled Parent/Child for Follow Up Boss, all user management is controlled from there. New and deleted users will be synced from Follow Up Boss to Revaluate nightly or you can use the button on the account page to force a sync.
