Easy 4 step process to get going

  1. Sign Up
  2. Connect your API key or import contacts
  3. Your Revaluate scores are live 48 hours after the import
  4. Revaluate onboarding 101 (video): we recommend attending live onboarding with our customer service team

My CRM is not listed here!? I don't have a CRM!? Now what? Can I still use Revaluate?

YES, you can! Our dashboard allows you to export your full contact list or hot list of “very likely movers.” You can import this list into any CRM or digital tool of your choosing.

To export your contacts CSV file click the cloud with the down arrow. If you are experiencing any type of import or export issue please, reach out to customer support.

Zapier is a great option if full integration is not available. This is a user-friendly platform that when utilized, will help your workflows come alive with automation. Zapier works with over 3,000 applications. This means, there is a good chance the one you're looking for will be there. Find our custom templates and more information visit here.

My account is active, now what?

Use your Revaluate score to guide your workflows. If you do not have a process in place, now is the time to develop one! You should first prioritize your very likely movers.

Tips we DO recommend:
  1. Nurture and build strategic workflows around your contacts but first focus on your very likely movers. We know your contacts will make a move because of life events. With proper nurturing, they’ll have your name front of mind when those events happen. If you are not following up with your contacts, someone else is!
  2. Make sure your messaging demonstrates value. However, content does not have to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes content and messaging is a roadblock, check out one of our partners below like, Happy Grasshopper.
  3. Shift your mindset from sales to fact finding and service. Focus on finding the need, motivation, or life event of your potential movers.
Tips we do NOT recommend:
  1. We have found significantly poor results when contacting leads using the following: “My artificial intelligence indicated your score increased above an 80 – so I'm calling you” Please, do not do this. You will not have success.
  2. “Hey, are you moving?” Please, do not call your brand new Reside, very likely movers, and ask them this. The first step with Reside contacts (or any farm) is brand recognition.
  3. Having too much focus around very likely movers and ignoring not engaged movers. To keep your pipeline full and have the highest ROI you should build workflows around all categories of movers.
Time saver tip: Automation is crucial if you want to maximize your efficiency.


Having the data is only as useful as the strategy used to implement it. Many of your peers have success while utilizing these platforms alongside Revaluate. There is not a one size fits all plan or solution.
